Booking
How do I book a stay?
Send us a reservation request with the form on our contact page, or call us at (903) 858-5112. Tell us your dates and whether you want an RV site or a cabin, and we'll confirm availability and pricing with you.
Is there a minimum stay?
There's no minimum for RV sites. Cabins may require a two-night minimum depending on availability.
Where are you located?
We're at 1482 FM 3417 in Mount Pleasant, Texas, just minutes from Lake Bob Sandlin and less than 10 minutes from town.
Rates
Are utilities included?
Yes. Electric, water and sewer are included in our RV site rates, so the price you see is the price you pay for your site, before taxes and fees.
RV Sites
What's included with an RV site?
Every RV site includes full hookups (water, sewer and 30/50 amp electric), free Wi-Fi, and access to our showers, restrooms and laundry.
Cabins
Are the cabins furnished?
Yes. Our log cabins come fully furnished with a full kitchen, heating and A/C, Wi-Fi, a TV, and comfortable sleeping areas.
How many people can stay in a cabin?
Our cabins come in one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts with a sleeping loft and comfortably sleep up to 6 guests.
Extended Stays
Do you offer monthly and annual stays?
Yes. Monthly and annual RV rates are listed on our Rates page and are our best value. Call us or send a message to set up a long-term stay.
Can you host work crews?
Yes, workers and crews are welcome. Tell us how many RV sites or cabins you need and your dates, and we'll let you know what's available.
Policies
Is there laundry on site?
Yes. Washers and dryers are available on the property for RV and cabin guests.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is included for RV and cabin guests.
